The Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, in collaboration with the Scientific Affairs Department / Continuing Education Division at Altoosi University College, organized a seminar titled “Psychology and Its Impact on Athletes”. The seminar was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Idris Noor, Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education.
Held on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the University’s Main Conference Hall, the event drew attendees from the faculty and students across various colleges and departments.
The seminar focused on the impact of psychological factors on athletic performance and emphasized the importance of enhancing mental well-being among athletes to achieve optimal results.
