Securing all supplies the TUC needs.


1. Having an inventory of the property of all buildings.

2. Entering property data on e-records to keep changes updated.

3. Supervising the halls conducting scientific activities to provide them with necessary needs.

4. Working to secure the different needs of TUC.

5. Receiving the approved requests of purchases and implementing them according to the established procedures.

6. Coordination with the members of the procurement committees to perform the necessary inspection procedures to ensure applying the required specifications.

7. Supervising the warehouse works to verify the safety procedures of the storing process.
